These Terms govern your use of Forseera. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service Description
Forseera is a paycheck-cycle planning app for organizing bills, paychecks, coverage estimates, reminders, and related budget information. Forseera is a planning tool and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for lawful purposes.
Subscriptions
Forseera offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Forseera Pro, through Apple's in-app purchase system:
- Forseera Pro (Monthly) — billed once per month.
- Forseera Pro (Annual) — billed once per year.
The current price, billing period, and any introductory free trial are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase, and on the app's App Store listing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, your subscription begins billing automatically. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple ID account settings at any time. See Apple's guide to managing subscriptions. Prices and trial availability may vary by region and may change as permitted by Apple and applicable law.
Apple Terms
Forseera's iOS subscriptions and app distribution are also subject to Apple's terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. To the extent a custom end user license agreement is not provided, the app is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
User Content and Budget Data
You retain responsibility for the budget information you enter. Forseera may process that information to provide app functionality, sync, reminders, support, security, and service improvement.
No Guarantee of Financial Outcomes
Forseera provides estimates and organizational tools. You are responsible for verifying bills, balances, due dates, account activity, and payment decisions with your financial institutions and billers.
Termination
You may stop using Forseera at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if use of the app violates these Terms, creates risk, or is unlawful.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Forseera after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
