A bill organizer for the pile you are tired of carrying in your head

The bills are not the hard part. Rent is rent. The hard part is that they are scattered across emails, autopays, and a mental list you are tired of carrying, and when you finally sit down to sort them you are not sure the pile is complete. You want to put it down somewhere and trust that nothing is missing. That is the whole job here.

What it feels like once the pile is in

  • You can see all of it. Every bill, how much, when it is next due, and whether it is paid, on one screen. Mark one paid with a swipe and it stays paid, so you stop re-checking.
  • Nothing sneaks up. The bills coming next are the first thing you see, with what's left after them, so the one on the 15th is not a surprise on the 14th.
  • You know what is yours to spend. After the bills that are due before your next check, one number. That is the number people actually want from a bill organizer, and most never show it.
  • No categories. There is no Utilities bucket to keep tidy. A bill is a name, an amount, a date, and whether it is paid or on autopay.

Getting the pile in

  1. Pick the ones you recognize from a list of common services, or type the rest in. Amount, next due date, how often it repeats.
  2. Flip on Paid automatically for the ones that draft themselves, so you know which ones still need a hand.
  3. Tell it a typical paycheck and how often it lands, so what's left is a real number.
  4. Optional: link a bank read-only through Plaid. It fills in amounts and dates, and marks bills paid when the charge shows up. You can skip this entirely.

What it is not

Forseera is not a budget. It does not track groceries, assign every transaction a category, or draw a pie chart of your month. If that is what you want, we compare a few apps that do. This one answers a narrower question: is every bill accounted for, and is the money there for the ones coming next.

Questions people ask

Is there a limit on how many bills I can add?

No. Forseera has no cap and no free tier: a 7-day trial with everything on, then $8.99 a month or $69.99 a year.

Can I organize my bills without linking a bank?

Yes. Enter them by hand or pick from the built-in list. The bank link is optional and read-only.

Does it handle yearly and quarterly bills?

Yes. Set how often it repeats when you add it. It appears among the bills coming next when its date approaches, so the once-a-year one stops being the one that sneaks up.

What happens to my organized bills if I stop paying?

They stay saved in your account. Come back and they are where you left them.

Put the pile down. It stays in order without you.
