What the reminder looks like
- The morning a bill is due, one notification at 9, your time. If several bills share a day, they arrive as one notification with the total.
- Mark paid from the notification. Long-press it and tap Mark paid. The bill is done without opening the app. Or tap Remind me in 3 hours and it comes back.
- Two days later, if it is still unpaid, one more, naming the bill and what it was. Not a stream. If a bill stays unpaid past that, Home shows it at the top until you deal with it.
- Every notification type is its own switch. Due-date reminders, past-due alerts, paycheck arrived, and the rest can each be turned off on their own.

Why the morning of, and why only once
A reminder on the day is a prompt to act, not a warning to plan around. The feeling of safety comes from somewhere else: from being able to see what is coming next and what's left after it, days or weeks ahead. The notification is the last step, not the first.
Once is deliberate. We read a few hundred App Store reviews of other bill reminder apps before building this one. The complaint that comes up most is not too few reminders, it is reminders that never fired, or that fired so often people turned them all off. One reminder you trust beats five you mute.
What good is a bill reminder app if it does NOT remind you.
What is different from a plain reminder list
A reminder tells you a bill is coming. It does not tell you whether you are okay. Forseera shows what's left after the bills coming next, so by the time the reminder arrives you already know the money is there. If you only want the reminders, that works too.
Bills go in by typing, picking from a list of common services, or an optional read-only bank link through Plaid that fills in amounts and dates. Nothing requires the bank.
Questions people ask
When does Forseera remind me?
At 9 a.m. in your time zone on the day the bill is due. If it is still unpaid two days later, you get one past-due alert. To see a bill coming further out, open the app: what is coming next is the first thing on Home.
Can I mark a bill paid from the notification?
Yes. Long-press the reminder and tap Mark paid, or Remind me in 3 hours to snooze it once.
Does the reminder work without linking a bank?
Yes. Reminders come from the due dates you enter. The bank link is optional and only fills in amounts and dates.
